I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician, and A.R.T. Practitioner. 

I strive to build a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship to help you reflect, grow, and live at your fullest potential.  I use a combination of psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, and Strengths-Based approaches to help with self-discovery and healing. 

I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART uses rapid eye movements to change the way in which distressing images and memories are stored in the brain - this helps to minimize strong physical and emotional reactions. ART has been recognized as an effective psychotherapy for PTSD, depression, stress, and personal resilience.
