Helping you find relief without getting stuck in all the details of the past.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a brief, evidence-based approach that helps clients move past difficult or traumatic experiences in a gentle yet effective way. ART uses guided eye movements and visualization techniques to change the way distressing memories are stored in the brain. You remain in control of the process, and you don’t have to share details of your experiences unless you want to. Many clients notice significant relief in just a few sessions, making ART a great option for those who are looking for focused, results-oriented therapy.

ART empowers your brain to do the healing work, so you can move past the triggers and patterns that have been holding you back.

ART can be helpful for:

  • Trauma & painful experiences

  • Distressing memories and images

  • Anxiety, fears, and phobias

  • Feeling reactive to small things

  • Anger and irritability

  • Feeling disconnected

  • Grief and loss

  • Guilt about the past

  • Birth Traumas

ART sessions help you safely access difficult memories and then “re-script” them so they no longer hold the same emotional intensity. This doesn’t erase your past—it allows your brain and body to respond differently, with more calm and resilience. ART can be used on its own or integrated with other modalities we offer, such as Brainspotting or Somatic Processing, to best support your healing journey.
